How is LoadPilot priced?
It depends on your account type. Import/Export/OTR carriers pay a monthly plan based on fleet size (up to 35 trucks, with a per-truck add-on). OTR-only carriers pay $19 per driver per month. Brokers pay $249 for the first seat and $19 for each additional seat.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account type (Import/Export/OTR, OTR only and Broker) starts with a 3-month (90-day) free trial, with no billing at signup.
Is there a contract?
OTR-only accounts have no contract lock-in and can cancel anytime during the trial. For Import/Export/OTR and Broker accounts, we will go through terms in your demo.
What if I have a bigger fleet?
For more than 35 trucks (Import/Export/OTR) or more than 50 drivers (OTR only), we build a custom enterprise plan. Talk to us.
Do you help with onboarding and support?
The OTR plan includes 24/7 priority support and fleet onboarding. For other account types, we will walk through onboarding and support in your demo.
